Here is my take on Astell & Kern's new ACRO S1000 desktop speakers. These are 2.0 (stereo) passive speakers and they require a desktop amplifier to power them. They sound wonderfully and are extremely small with excellent build-quality. I cannot recommend them enough. They're definitely at a niche price point, but if you can get your budget there, they are worth it. Thank you so much for the support!
This is a review of Astell & Kern's new desktop amplifier. This is from their ACRO lineup and is the L1000 model. This features a dual DAC configuration, balanced out ports, a giant volume knob and has a built-in amplifier for speakers as well.
Overall it is extremely well built and absolutely gorgeous...I think I am in love :)
Hello ladies & gentleman, Devon from DCON here and I'm unboxing Astell & Kern's new desktop speakers. This is from their ACRO lineup and is the model S1000. These speakers are made from an aluminum alloy & have a nice weight to them. The midrange driver and tweeter is crafted by Scanspeak which, as far as I know, is a first for desktop speakers.
Overall the speakers are extremely well built and are absolutely gorgeous. Review is coming in a few weeks. Thank you.
